Has anyone ever painted the OEM audi center caps?

I am going to be getting a set of (painted) black bbs ch wheels soon and the regular audi centercaps would look pretty bad with their default gray color. I'm thinking of taking the logo out and painting the caps black, but the logo seems to be glued on there.

Any one try this before, or have any recommendation on how to go about doing this?

Oh, OR we could always trade my new OEM center caps for a set of BBS ones (as long as they are in ok condition)
