    1st time taking off bumper

So i decided to finally put on my Ultrasport spoiler and have gotten this far. I'm going to be taking the amber reflector out of my headlights while I have them out, and was wondering if there's anything else I should be doing while this bumper is off.

Is the rebar supposed to be off the car while i'm doing this, or did I take off too much?

Is it very hard to do a timing belt service yourself (do you need any special tools)?

You do need a special tool for the timing belt I believe.

There is a good DIY in the FAQ/DIY section for the timing belt on here.

When I did the timing belt job on my B5 I didn't need any special tools.
