Engine "de-sludged" in maint. records. What did they do?

I recently became an owner of a 2002 A4 with about 77k miles. Previous owner was my sister so I have all the maintenance records of the car.

I looked through them today just to make sure she had the oil changed at least every 10k miles in case of any oil sludge problems and found this invoice. (bottom of post)

Apparently my sister had brought the car into the dealership and while testing, the check oil light turned on. Invoice says the car was "de-sludged" but to what extent did they go to fix it?

Should I be worried of any possible future problems? I apologize all this stuff is Greek to me, I'm just a budding enthusiast since this is the first car I've owned that's actually worth doing stuff to.

Early oil changes and an engine flush for sure

Should I be worried about future sludging problems if properly maintained? I'm missing oil change records from 47k-68k, and while my sister says she had the oil changed at~5k intervals, she does NOT have the receipts and nor does the shop have a computer with records on hand.

With the car due for a timing belt/water pump change as well as 80k maintenance, I'm wondering if its worth holding onto the car since I will not be protected by Audi's sludge warranty. (Though I am covered by a third party warranty up to 90k)
