DRL Problem...Any ideas...?

All things i can understand on my A4.
However, there's one I cant.

I've purschased it, with the extra, of DRL, Bi-Xenon, with adaptive light, and also, there is inside the car, the button that u can turn on-off the DRL...

Can anyone tell me y the f*ck doesn't it work ever...?

I've turned it on, I've checked the Vag-Com, it seems on...

Then y, oh why, doesn't it work...?

Any ideas, are most welcome

turn it to the position where is says 1 you will see there is a 0 and 1 turn it to 1 turn your car lights to auto or off and it should work unless a wire is messed up

Yeap I've done that already, it is in position one, and they dont seem to turn on at any time...To tell u the truth, they never have worked since we bought the car...
Isnt that a bit wierd...?

And if there is a problem in wiring, shouldnt it pop an error, fault code, something like that...? Honestly i cant find it and it is very annoying

hmm...unsure my check engine light never came on when i had a problem with my intake manifold (that was weird too) something wrong with the bulb maybe? Take it into Audi and have them run a check

Did you turned lights on when you tested your DRL? It is only working with lights switched off.

If you did then I guess this wouldn't help you, but here in Canada we only have 1 knob and it's for the coming home feature. Turns on the fogs after you leave the car for about 1 min.

Nope...I've tested them all...

Yeah i know what you mean, I have this feature too...
But while my come/leave home works fine, and turns on and off from the button, the drl simply WONT work...

Got a Vag-Com connected today and I found it...Some stupid must have turned it off from the vagcom, and I couldnt turn it on form the button inside the car no matter WHAT I did...
So its ok now...
