Is it safe to use these on my car?

    Re: Spark Plugs/giac

    I found these from Murrays
    Our Price: $1.99
NGK Spark Plug: Plug No. BKR7E
    Part Number: 6097

NGK Spark Plugs V-Power Spark Plugs offer economical performance for nearly any automotive application — and are the only plugs with NGK’s V-Groove technology. They enhance ignitability, lower the voltage requirement of ignition systems, and have strong anti-fouling characteristics, while improving fuel mileage and acceleration performance. The V-Power plugs also are highly durable against electrical and chemical wear, making them a long-life replacement plug. Because of the V-Groove, the spark occurs at the edge of the center electrode. So heat is not absorbed by the electrode itself (“quenching effect”). This allows the flame kernel to expand quickly and efficiently for a complete burn and great performance.

    Re: Spark Plugs/giac

those 7402's look good for a k03 giac, stock heat range. if you decide to use these, let us know how they work out. curious on the ytrium material they use.

    Re: Spark Plugs/giac

The Bosch F6DTC are one heat range colder than stock 1.8T plugs so same as BKR7E. No need to use colder plugs as they will not clean of as well as stock range which are great for chipped cars.

    Re: Spark Plugs/giac

Some say BKR6E and other say BKR7E for a stock turbo + (chip, TP, exhaust)

I've been running BKR6E for this setup.
So what's the general concensus on the NGK plugs to use??

Huh, I noticed a smoother idle when going from stock oem plugs at 30K to bk7re, the price of NGK is so nice though.
