No boost, no power, won't rev properly, cannot connect with Vagcom??

My 99 A4 has just decided to start giving me some issues.....I don't know the history of the car, I bought it like this.

First, it won't rev out in neutral. For example, hit the gas, rev it up, get off the throttle, then back on, and it'll drop all the way to around 900 RPM's, then it'll start climbing again, even when you had your foot to the floor the whole time.

Second, when I do get it to drive (above 3000 RPM's, it has no power whatsoever, basically, no boost. You can't hear the turbo spool, whether driving or revving in neutral.

And third, I cannot connect to it with vagcom. The cable works, my vagcom works (confirmed by using it on my S4 and my wifey's A4), but I cannot get it to communicate with this car. I plug it in and the cable blinks red sometimes, sometimes green, sometimes orange, but won't read. It started to read the car once, then lost connection. I got Vag to connect and got two codes, before it lost connection.....VAG-COM Version: Release 512.4-UD

That was as far as it got, then it lost it and won't reconnect....I'm kinda at a loss here....the battery did die, and then the car was jumped, hence the power supply terminal (I think)...the shop its at left the interior lights on, but maybe no??

Anyone with some suggestions where to go? Possibly an ecu failure hence the connection issues? N75? Mass air? Kinda at a loss right now where to go with this

Oh, also checked fuses.....only one that was popped was cig lighter, replaced that, did nothing

Sounds like the throttle body needs to be adapted.

Maybe try pulling the abs fuse out from the panel on the side. I have an aftermarket radio and it only works that way for me.

Have you disconnected the battery for at least 10 minutes? A noisy jump start or power loss can make the ECU and other computers do strange things.
