i have tested everything. EVERYTHING checks out. i just changed my plugs out AGAIN and it runs great. the old plugs dont look bitched out at all. there BKR7E just as epl requires. what is causing me to eat these plugs up? are they just junk? what other plugs are you stg3 guys using? at this point i have to say im thinking its my software???? also the tighter gap .024 lasts longer than the recommended gap .026.

    Dayum! You're running a 0.024" gap?!?! That's really small.

Just out of curiocity, what happens if you run something larger? Does it misfire uner full boost?

You need to get some ECUx logs and stop guessing and checking.

yes it does. .026 was bad, .025 was better and .024 worked for about 2 days. does a MAF sensor just go out or can it go on the fritz? i talked with epl and im about 50 g p/s under what they are usually seeing.
im putting my MAF on another s4 when i get home this week from work.

Agreed with dr jek. You'll have to do some logs.

Do you have an AFR gauge? Log the bugger and see what kind of AFR you're running. If you're running rich, that could be fouling the plugs.

I have ECUx if you wanna drive up some time we can log and we can even switch ecus since we have the same hardware. also you may want to consider drilling holes in you airbox, this might not seem too likely but maybe your accordian is collapsing under full boost, just a thought. pm me if you wanna meet me sometime
