    Re-finishing curbed AVUS wheels

    So my Avus wheels came like this when I first got it. Didn't want to fix it at first and leave it be, but over the months of the first year, it started getting on my nerves...so now I'm working on it. Any suggestions to help me along this process would be awesome.


    Day after purchase...this is how the wheels look

    Curbage markings

    After I sanded it down with 320 Grit, and than with 800 grit
    ____


    Applied bondo to the areas that had curbage
    ____


    Applying primer to the wheel

    Now, to sand it down and add paint

    looking good so far. I would do a light sanding on the primer then spray the base coat. do a few coats and then another light sand. After that lay another layer of base coat. Then clear it.
