I paid for the exhaust plus $100 Shipping= $550 on Sunday. He said he will ship out Tuesday, I asked for a tracking number he said he would send it wed...still nothing then wed night he e-mails me saying he will send thursday. Everyday i have emailed asked if he shipped and for tracking number and i recieved nothing back. When he was selling this he kept contact atleast twice a day...does anyone know him or anyone else who ordered parts from him have u recieved your stuff??

And i apologize if something happened in your faimily or life but just let me know thank you

there has to be a happy medium when purchasing something from another individual. On one hand, the buyer has to protect themselves. But on the other hand, people have lives, and jobs, and responsibilites. They are not companies that have carriers come to them everyday, they are people that work during normal shipping hours, and may need more time. The fact that he's still replying to you telling you its been delayed should ease your mind that you're not going to get screwed. Only a person with a retail job, or no job at all, will have a good chance of shipping something out the VERY next day and providing you with a tracking number. People need to put themselves in a logical, realistic person's shoes when doing transactions like this

also i work 6:30am-5pm everyday and sell a lot of stuff on ebay and always can send it out within 1-3 days or email the person to let them know instead of just saying "tomm. will ship"

I wish we could work it out so there was some way to just partially pay for an item on here, if it's over a certain price, and then pay the rest of the way when you get it. However, then we'd see this shit happen the other way. I guess there is just no way to win. I lost $250 on this site when a guy told me I was buying a brand new Sport Suspension. I got it and it wasn't brand new and the springs were wrong. I was out $250 bucks and there was nothing I could really do about it.

It irks me when people say “the seller has a life too”. If sellers lives are too busy to check email, too busy to ship items out, too busy to maintain a reasonable amount of communication between their buyers, why sell at all? The same holds true in the work place. If you are bogged down with work to the point where you are working through your lunch break, do you ask for more work? No, you don’t. If sellers have such busy lives, where do they find time to list items in the market place, take pictures and upload them, set up deals with potential buyers and accept payment from buyers? If you don’t have time to ship, don’t sell. Granted, if your buyer is ok with you shipping a few weeks after payment is made, let them know before hand or CLEARLY outline your terms up front in your listing so there is no misunderstanding between buyer and seller. No seller should take more than (1) week to ship out anything unless something happens to them physically or financially that would prevent them from getting the item out to the buyer. Sellers need to start taking responsibility for their actions!

x2 “the seller has a life too� is an idiotic statement, I have sold several items here and on ebay and do not work "retail hours" and manage to keep my end of the deal to ship out in a 1-2 day timeframe and provide tracking. I too purchased something from A4Ber and have not received tracking info however its only been a couple of days so I am not overly concerned YET.

Everyone has their own lives, but timely shipping and following an agreed timeframe are probably not a harsh expectation for the seller.

I did send out all the items except the exhaust and C/O's. The reason I havent send them out is I do not have much time. I work every day from 9-6 and it is hard for me to find a box that can fit the whole exhaust. My friend helped me to find a box and i will go pick it up tomorrow and will be ready to send on wednesday. If you do not want it, i can refund to you. Also you can ask B6QTRO and VZWalex, I gave them the tracking no. and i sent their items on May 28th.

Hey man stuff happens all the time and shippers are only open during work hours mostly.
Just file the dispute through paypal online, it will simply tie up the funds until he either decides to give you a tracking # or refund the money and close the dispute.
No harm no foul that way.
I've had several people do that to me, and I've used it also and I never take it personally. If I can't ship out when promised I have no problem for you tying up the funds in case you have that "scammer" feeling about the transaction. I will simply get it out as soon as possible and once the tracking is on it's way the dispute is closed and the funds are released to me again.
