need help, which one should i get?

I just turned in my 07 A4 3.2 sline lease and need a car until i hopefully get the new S4 when it does come out.

The 2 options:

2003 A6 2.7T for 18k with 50k miles on it. Black with tan

or 2005 audi S4 for 26k with 41k miles red with black interior.

How is the A6 2.7T chipped compare to the S4?
