need help, which one should i get?

I just turned in my 07 A4 3.2 sline lease and need a car until i hopefully get the new S4 when it does come out.

The 2 options:

2003 A6 2.7T for 18k with 50k miles on it. Black with tan

or 2005 audi S4 for 26k with 41k miles red with black interior.

How is the A6 2.7T chipped compare to the S4?

Is the A6 CPO? I'm picking up an 03 A6 6speed 2.7 with premium, and luxury packages for $15k this weekend. No CPO though. Only 38k miles too.

surely the S4 is maybe $10k more than the A6... that'll make a big difference no?
... also $18k seems a little high for the A6 imo

no cpo, but getting an extened warranty, getting from CarMax. Price seems good and the car is clean , interior looks new

Cool. Well as far as I know, a chipped S4 will hang with the v8 s4s, so the a6 would just be a little slower than the S4 because of the additional weight. But price wise, it seems like a better deal. And if people use your backseat at all, they will love you for getting the A6!

true bout the back seat, I had a b6 A4 and B7 A4 and people hated being in the back seat.

I want the S4, always wanted the v8 but it is more and gas wise will probably be more too.

i was looking LOT AT CARS.com and most 2003 a6 2.7t were going between 15k to 24k depending on features and milage, so it seems good. But i will probabkly go with the S4, is that a good price on the S4, it has 41k miles, title is clean, 6spd black interior looks very clean, got bose,premium pk for 26k
