Exterior S-line package?

my cousin is getting an 08 a4 and he told me his dealer told him that the car has the "exterior" s-line package which means he doesnt have the s-line suspension or the interior sline badges. i personally have never heard of it just wondering if anyone here did. the reason im asking is because i wanted to get him a rear lip spoiler for his birthday and i dont know if i have to get the spoiler for an s-line or a non s-line. If he has the sline "exterior" package i would have to get him the sline spoiler because the trunk lids on the non slines r different. HELP ANYONE???

yeah actually the 08s have the s-line exterior package as standard (no charge) so it will come with the s-line trunk. it looks good as it is, so i think if you bought him the spoiler it won't really look right. s-line package does not come with sport suspension also, it's an option for $250.

All 2008's have the S-line exterior package. Buy him that one.

yeah it's completely true. the 2008's come with the s-line sppearance package for the exterior, but it does not inclue the sport suspension, door sills, or s-line badging anywhere except for the front grill. you'd have to get him the spoiler for an s-line. the non-sline spoilers wont fit, due to the integrated spoiler in the trunk on the s-line.
