    painting ASP muffler

    looking into painting my autospeed muffler black with a little gloss. what would be the best method to go about this other than powdercoating?

    And yes I'm serious. Friend did it on his e92 and it looks surprisingly good.

    Dupli-Color 1200* High Temp Spray Can w/ Ceramic Additive if you really must paint your muffler...
    Will be turning over ASP Stage 3- in 2 days...

    im sure the gloss finish will quickly go away once the ehaust gets warm. On my older neuspeed i painted only the part behind the tips on the muffler flat black (didnt like the stainless shine, stood out too much) left the muffler stainelss. Now with my VM3 i dont have to worry about a muffler :)

    high heat paint like they said. my whole straightpipe was done in bar b que paint. looks great and will def last. ive never smelt it burning off, which will happen if u use junk paint
