    raise coliovers that have been on for about 25k miles? They have a bunch of grime on them and get stuck due to all the build up.
    98 pearl white BT A4- gone but never forgotten :(

    wirebrush on a drill and some anti-seize when you get em freed up.

    it you can take them off to do it, clamp them in a vise

    put the spanner wrench on the lock nut, and hit the spanner wrench in the direction you want them to go with a hammer, keep going till they get loose

    Lower them down and clean where they were resting and above. My coils have been on for 50k miles and still spin by hand. KW FTW

    my H&R coils came with some lube.. forget what it is called.. but they use it at bike shops.. it works amazing.

    i would hit it with brake cleaner to get some of the grease/dirt off.. then use the lubricant (pb blaster will work too)

    Boeshield T9 is the shit.

    I had to cut the rear perches off a set of KW Inox coilovers. The original aluminum perches galled and froze in place. The composite perches that replaced them were much better.
