Things you wish your B7 had...

After 6 months of driving I wish my car had:

-Turn down passenger mirror for reverse.
-Key fob/push button start.
-Cooled seats.
-Aux input.
-Fog lights on the "auto" setting.
-Slightly better nav interface (ie. touch screen, better placement).

Other than that, Im happy.

How'bout "cooler" seats??? That's one thing I really don't like about our cars. The NA s-lines should come equipped with better seats like the euro s-lines.

Plus better seats and ipod interface that actually reads the title of the tracks on the non-navi systems.

auto side mirror tilt down should be standard for a car in this class. The B7 A4 was great in 2005.5 and 2006, but in 2008 it begins to pale in comparison to the amenities offered in the 3 series and IS. Still I love my car.

My car has the pass reverse tilt mirror, so maybe it's an '08 thing. I do wish it had a keyless start though and LED tails. Electronic damping could be an option too.

How about the solar sunroof which is an option on the B7 in europe.

There are more states in the US that can make use of that feature than all of europe.

More cylinders? you've heard of the S4 and RS4 right? Oh and there is a v6 option on the B7 in case you haven't heard.

While i have the V8, sport interior, turn down and turn in mirrors, and seat memory, I do think the NAV is somewhat clunky. It needs a touch screen. And B8 style LED DRLs would be sweet! Other than that I love my B7 so no real complaints here.

I wish I had gotten the S-line. I also sometimes wish I had RWD so I could get the back end out. But I can deal with it because it is insane powering through corners that I never thought would be possible (coming from driving a pickup truck haha). But I don't like ending up in the passenger seat because of the lack of support in the seat...

If you VAG-Com the ROW (Rest of world) settings your amber side corners won't be on. It will just be your headlights and the lights on the inside (sorry can't think of what they are called off the top of my head). Also, when you turn the dial to your parking lights, only those inside lights will be on.
