Paint the roof?

i can get my roof painted for cheap(not a bad job), wonder if its worth it considering the color of my car. also for avant owners who have painted their roofs what did you paint and what did you block off? i think i have an idea just wanna make sure. also what color? bmp? or the color of the roof rails?

I was thinking about how this would look recently. With your color it wont be as a dramatic effect but might be cool.

you should be able to. It's really not that hard to do it. All they have to do is tape it off, scuff it, and spray it. If you had your roof bars already removed, it'd help.

There's a guy on here in NH who's a bad ass painter and does side work alot. I'll see if he's game and I'll let you know. He has his done gloss black now and he's redoing it flat black.

Please paint it the same way Allroads are painted. It is a dark matte gray, get the code! Or match the top to the same paint on your rails.

I had the roof and mirrors on my Getta painted Uni Black a couple years back and I love it. I thought of paint the roof on my Atlas Avant real dark grey just for contrast and maybe the center section of the hood too. I like the painted effect. Try it and see what you think. The very worst that could happen is that you have to get it repainted if you don't like it. I think Platinum Grey or Uni Black would look good on your car.

PS; What camera and lens did you shoot that pic with? Pretty nice job.
