the higher the number the better, the lower the number the farther the wheel gets pushed out.

Yeah, I know, but I guess my question should have been , at what offset would an 11" wheel work?

Yeah, thats what I was worried about. Might have to do 10". I'm looking at Porsche wheels which have a 62et on the rear 10 or 11.

Re: 11" Rear wheel fitment question

Yeah, that pretty wide. I like the wide look, but I dont want any poke. I forget that most people run stretch tires, so a 10" wheels might look like a 9" wheel.

(waiting for Capt. Obvious to chime in on this one!)

I am running 9.5 wide rears with 245's and an ET35. You will more than likely have to run a 45 or higher ET

Re: 11" Rear wheel fitment question

Unless you want to stretch a narrow tire over that rim, higher rolling resistance = higher fuel consumption, but it's not like gas is expensive these days, right

Re: 11" Rear wheel fitment question

I am running 11.5s and I have about 3mm left inside and completely matched to the new widebody fender, I highly doubt that it will work, I am running 305/25/20,

I'm around. Just been lurking a lot lately (was on vacation, now I'm really busy at work making up for it).

You can run Porsche Hollow Spokes on your car, you're gonna want to get the 20mm adapters though, preferably the 15mm ones if you can get your hands on them. I'd recommend a 255/35 tire for them as well.

And I hope you like poke.

Just want the widest wheel possible. I know Cap had 10.5 on with some slight poke ,but I don't know the offset of those wheels.

Re: 11" Rear wheel fitment question

I'm on 19x9.5 in the rear with 245 tires with some room to spare, can't remember the offset though.

    Just FYI.

11in wheels will fit, you are just gonna have alot of stretch and poke. Stretch a 235 over it and ur good to go!
