    Xenon auto leveling issue.

Brought my car to the dealership, they flashed my ECM for something regarding the xenons and flickering.

Got the car back, the lights constantly adjust up and down. It's really annoying.

Brought it back to them, the car is too low, outside the operating range of the sensors.

wtf do I do now? I've searched but can't find anything except for bending the brackets. Is that the only thing I can do? The other way is to raise the coilovers to a normal height and set the adaptation. Will it be fine after I lower it again?

How low are you? I am lowered as well and my adaptive feature works great
    Mod lists are weird

I think it's 24.75 or something like that. Can't check now as they still have my car.

I didn't have this problem before because my xenons were adapted to the normal suspension first. But this time they flashed it so it has no settings and I'm lowered so it's all messed up. It can't adapt at this height.

do you have a vag-com? if so, what fault code is getting generated? This may also help --> http://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/car...alignment.html

    Re: Xenon auto leveling issue.

No, unfortunately I don't have a vag com.

Thanks for the info. Looks as though I will have to bend the bracket to get it to work. Funny thing is that, my tech told me my sensor was broken so he replaced it. Guess it was bent to circumvent this issue.

thanks, that is an option. i was actually thinking about replacing both and going with 6000k if feasible. any ideas where to get a good deal on aftermarket d1s?
