Alright guys, I am ready to buy wheels...suggest-a-wheel-a-thon...

These are curbed to all hell so I am replacing with something else.

It has to be a 19", it can't be chrome or black and it has to cost less than $5000 for four. Here is my car. Post pics if you got 'em, I am open for anything. Also, any other thoughts on mods that aren't suspension or mechanical are welcome.

lots of options for 5k, is that including tire prices and shipping, etc.? If it's 5k on wheels, most will agree HRE, DPE or Champion are a really great place to start. Also really nice are Fikse and Forgeline. For less than 5k but still forged, you have some BBS or IForged options. All depends on how important weight is to you.

In all honesty, actually, if you're looking to spend < $5000 on a mod, I think many will agree that you should get Stasis Ohlins Coilovers to make a nice drop with a superb ride. The RS4 stock wheels are debatably better looking and fitting on an RS4 than any aftermarket wheel. Ohlins will be a VERY solid investment and improvement for similar money and will look very good, quite possibly better than a new set of wheels.

Have your current wheels refinished, maybe a little darker color, buy some Stasis Motorsports, get ride of that gap, then buy some 10-15mm spacers. Done.

Dymags are nice but a pretty penny a bit over $8000. Plus about a 3 month wait on them.

The HRE P40 will run more then $5000. But I think they would look great on the RS4.

19" x 9 will run about $550 per wheel

20" x 9" will run $650 per wheel

They make any offset and bolt pattern that you want and the wait time is 6 to 8 weeks.

did everyone not catch the part where I said not suspension. Im not lowering my car. Ive lowered in the past on my A4 and my M3 and I am over it. No lowering. I like the stock ride comfort and I like being able to pull in my driveway, go over speed bumps, get a regular floor jack under my car and get over the deck ramps in parking garages without cringing, slowing to a crawl or hearing the dreaded scraping you all know. No amount of slightly cooler looking wheel gap is going to offset the sadness when i hear my front lip being ground to all hell by a driveway ramp or my exhaust or linkage getting smacked by a normal speedbump. I like, for instance, going to the airport and driving over the many speedbumps and parking in the parking garage with normal people in any spot I want without my car bottoming out. Nothing, in my mind, is more retarded then watching some guy in a slammed luxury car roll over a normal speed bump and hear those terrible noises.

I hear ya because I have the same concerns with lowering but lowering doesn't have to equal slamming. My car is lowered to 25.5F and 25.25R on Vogtland coils. It's about an inch lower than stock and it looks perfect, handles well enough for me to beat several Porsches in AutoX with my little 4 cyl turbo, rides softer and more compliant than the shitty OE sport suspension and I have yet to bottom out. Maybe you should find someone local to you that has a similar setup and go for a ride in his car. My suggestion stands...repair the OE wheels. If you want something different, the monoblocks would be my second choice.
