The Audi Club (ACNA) Golden Gate is holding its official Annual Audi Club Swap Meet and Car Show!
When: Sunday, June 1st , 2008, Gate opens at 8:00am
Where: Carlsen Audi, Palo Alto (don’t know where? Google it!)
Who: Any and all are welcome! You don’t have to be an ACNA member to attend!
Why: FREE ADMISSION- FREE FOOD & DRINKS, Raffles, meet the wonderful people at Carlsen who SPONSOR us at events, NETWORK with other owners, SELL your stuff, and WIN CASH PRIZES in the car show!
Sale Details: Arrive at 8:00 am (or close to it please) if you have anything AUDI or AUTOMOTIVE related to sell, so we can set you up with a nice location to pimp your goods. You are allowed to sell ANYTHING auto related EXCEPT for a car (sorry, that would directly compete with Carlsen’s business- DOH).
Show Details: Arrive at 8:00 am (or close to it please) if you will be SHOWING your car for the SHOW & SHINE competition. Judging will be done by our elite panel of Board Members and other invited guests between 10 am and noon, and winners announced in the afternoon (approx 3 pm). ALL AUDI cars are eligible for the competition, but you may show off any other Euro’s you’re proud of. If you have a write-up on the mods and track events you’ve done with your car, bring that along, or we will provide forms that day.
MEMBERSHIP:Not a member yet? Shame on you! OK OK OK we will have rep’s there who will be glad to take your $40 (bring a check please) for annual ANCA membership and make you a part of the club! Benefits include today’s show & sale, participation in our track events, wine country/ Marin Drives, golf tournaments, ALMS track-side tent & seating at Laguna, the newly-announced $500 AUDI LOYALTY BONUS when buying a new car, oh the list goes on!
Prizes: $300 first place- judged; $200 second place- judged;
$100 “Crowd/ Audience Favorite”. Bring all your friends to vote for your car! (one vote per person please, we WILL tally them)
There will be other raffle and giveaways during the day!
Vendors: We will have several vendors with AUDI related and aftermarket related wares to display and sell. If you represent one of those companies and would like to have a table/ booth, please email Dave Ruddock right away and we can set you up! ([email protected]).
