98 1.8T Hesitation after warmed up

My 98.5 is starting to hesitate. I've noticed it more after driving for 15 minutes. It may get worse as I drive. I notice it mostly once it shifts into another gear and tries to accelerate. It feels like its bucking. It doesn't feel like the auto transmission. Is this a sign that the turbo is going out? Back spark plugs? Any other ideas.

I tried searching and couldn't find anything relevent.

    Thanks.
    Sigless...

I had the same problem with my 98 so I replaced the MAF & still had the same problem, just not as severe. Replaced the MAF again & no problems or hesitations now!

Your car "staling out" & hesitating is the car is going into limp mode & does not want to hurt itself. Try readings with VAG COM

My car would die on me & joggle only when the gas was hit after the car warmed up...The car would stay running cold on the highway & when it was being driven but would only warm-up at idle. As long as it kept moving it would go with no problems. Problem only occurred at very low speeds & idle. Check my youtube video.YOUTUBE VIDEO LINK If you are experiencing these same problems then it could be your MAF otherwise its probably a misfire.
