YES but you can prevent it by installing a spacer on the 2nd 02 sensor. code thrown will be P0420

There's actually two. The other one is on the other side of the pipe.

Like someone else mentioned, you can use a spark plug fouler to try and prevent a CEL, or just get a chip/tune to take out the error/code. While you are there, you can also have the tune made, to get the most out of the test pipe as well.
