very hard to compare. people can post their dyno sheets, but unless exact same conditions and type of dyno, it's just numbers.

Or sometimes some cars will just get wheelspin on a dyno... and switching to a dynapack doesn't help either because that particular dynapack cannot read past 3 digit figures

prob 475hp if you do it right there won't be problems but you paying a ton for that turbo upgrade chips, exhaust. i'm not sure the article but theres a better turbo upgrade for our 2.0 and its not k04

I read on Vwvortex 400 Crank HP is around the max achievable on this engine without going stadalone ECU and upgrading MAF and several other sensors.

by again, I ran a 14.5 with just k03 chip/exhaust, so I'm eager to go back and get into 13s. should be within the next month

just under the hood? ~4200 just under the hood. that's not counting exhaust, tp, boost gauge, and all the susp/cosmetic items

Im up to around 15k under the hood plus installations. I have 275whp and 318wtq. I am pretty proud of my car at this point but i can always take a little more power. Hopefully a custom tune will help!

Someone here knows what he is talking about. Nico is very right about the 2.0T FSI motor. The motor can only hold up to 400 crank horse power. Now if you do internal-Rods/Pistons. you are no limited. just turn up the boost and have fun.

Upgrading in steps so I've only got the turbo, a LaBree HFC and replumbed intake.
Making 315hp and 400 N/m at the crank running at 1.2 bar.

The exhaust is holding back flow at the higher rpms so that'll be my next upgrade.

There's no cast manifold widely available that fits anything larger than a K04.
We tried an off the shelf one first but the motor mounts get in the way of the turbo.
Plus its a whole lot lighter!

oh I dont own a B7, I own a 600whp B5 A4 that runs 10's. I am the person that had Full-race build a tube manifold for the 1.8 4-5 years ago, looking to do something for the B7/B8's since I am a dealer for Full-race. Just want to see about offering a tube manifold setup for the B7's like I do for the 1.8t, maybe even work with one of the tuners for a full turbo kit.

Custom. In Europe there are more chip tuners than mechanical tuners. So the knowledge on programming is pretty high.
