tire size ?

just picked up some 19" wheels and in CT....what do you think would be better tire 235/35/19 or 245/45/19...I know the 235 would probably look better ,but not sure how they would ride in this area..Anyone with suggestions from expierence would greatly be appriciated.. thanks

I would go with 235/35/19 and thats a big set of rims for a b5. 245/45/19 is a very big tire for the b5 with a wide tire that is going to have a lot of side wall. xxx/45/xx is mostly used on 17" rims.

19 x 8 35mm offset my old wheels were 18 x 8.5 same offset with no issues ,so I was guesing the .25 inch of space should be fine with a 245...I think

I don't know man, my winter wheels are 235/45r17 on 17 x 8's et 35.... and the gap between the tires and suspension linkages was only a few millimeters. I have no idea how people run 245's and up on that offset without rubbing.
