It will fit the NON s-line as well. Its just that the lines of this is more made for the S-line but its not too much different because both bumpers are for the same car.

Would this work with my Oettinger bumper on my B6? It looks like it is completely flat lacking the two bends in the middle that would hug the curvature of the Oettinger front.

I haven't tried it so I can't say 100%. But the S4 bumper looks kind of flat on the bottom and the DEVAL splitter is flat so it should work fine.

I've seen the DEVAL splitter on the B6 Rieger front bumper before but not on the Oettinger one yet. The width and everything should be similar so that part should work. Not exactly sure about hugging all the curves perfectly.
