I replaced my rear brakes and rotors the other day and I found torn piston seals on my caliper. Has anyone replaced these seals?

    Re: brake piston seals

Actually there are 2 parts. The dust cover boot and the actual seal inside the caliper. In my experience, the fronts are way easier to change. If you do the rears, you'll definately need the tool that screws the piston back into the caliper. It was quite a pain in the butt to do.

Screw that it's really fricken easy. I've done it to both my B5's. The seals are like $5.85, that's for all four pieces.

$5.85? Where did you find that? I just bought the rear set from the dealer for $35.00 and it came with this pink fluid for presoaking the seals. Was your kit similar?
