    Wheel fitment guys...I need some help...

    Ok guys, looking at some oem mercedes wheels for winter/daily driving. Can you tell me if these wheel sizes/offset will fit with my A6...

    Front wheels: offset 30, 8.5JX18, tire (255/40ZR18)

    Rear wheels: offset 33, 9.5JX18, tire (285/35ZR18)

    Or


    Front: 18x8,offset is 30mm, tire (245/40R18)

    Rear: 18x9,offset is 39mm, tire (275/35R18)

    Or

    Front wheels: offset 35, 8.5JX18, tire (255/40ZR18)

    Rear wheels: offset 40, 9.5JX18, tire (285/35ZR18)

    those rears are way too wide to be on a narrow body a6 imo. ud rub like hell unless u had a 4.2, mite be able to pull it off. plus i personally would try to keep a 40 series tire all the way around. running different series tire on the same sized rim wouldnt be recommended

    audirs... what are you talking about with the 40 series..? if you run staggered you have to run different series for the wider tire, or else the awd will get fucked up... rolling diameter buddy

    You need to calculate which set has the overall same rolling diameter so your AWD doesnt get messed up. As far as offset... I am not sure.

    Thanks...that was the web site i was looking for....but im not sure what offset will work??

    yea i was thinking the rolling diameter would be different if u are running 40s in the front and 35's in the back, no? unless im misunderstanding this

    it will be different if he has the same width in the front and the back, but if you look above, he wants to go staggered

    ^ i have 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 245/35 all around and overal diameter is the same! i had 40s before....275 and 285 are way to wide for 2.7t if you are lowered...
