if you didnt notice... they are jordans and nikes. not high heels and slippers.

i use to collect shoes and resell them.. cause the shoe game is/was nuts... buy a pair for $95.00 and resell them the same day for $150.00. resell them 3 months later for $200. resell them 6 months later for $350... simple as supply and demand. nike supplies limited quantity. and people line up at 2 in the morning to get a pair. and for the people who are to lazy to get up early.. well they are looking at the prices listed above...

Nice collection. Another reason I wish I had money. I went to a bunch of sneaker stores in NYC (A-Lab, Flight Club [both locations]) and drooled over a $600 pair, left with a $180 pair of Dunk Highs.

I'm not into the "collectible shoe" scene, but it's definitely a big deal to lots of people. Here in Orlando there's a store called Culture Kings - it's all custom/collectible Nike shoes. Huge market for that. Some guys collect/enjoy watches, ties, suits, pens, cuff links - and some shoes.
