Need help removeing interior cargo panels in an Avant

I hope to install my coilover setup in the next day or two. How do you properly remove the interior panels (right & left) to expose the top of the shocks in an 03 Avant. I do not want to go in there blindly are start pulling at things. Any help would be gratly apprciated. Thanks in advance!
