Few pics of the new wheels and lowered

So a few weeks ago i bought 2002 Sport Suspension from KC "Audi2002" and a set of brand new RS4 reps and tires from Eran "Eurob6" and finally put them on.

yesterday went with my friend Martin "a4ultra" to take a few pictures

Quick history on both our cars:

    Mine:
    2004 Audi A4 3.0L Quattro
    Dolphin Gray
    debadge
    CC mod with stealth bulbs
    2002 Sport suspension
    19" RS4 replicas
    245x35x19 Fuzion ZRI tires

    Martin's
    2004 Audi A4 3.0L Quattro USP
    Brilliant Black
    debadge
    CAI
    Magnaflow 14851 Mufflers
    smoked side markers
    Xenon matching fog lights

In this one you can see the hole that remains after the CC mod. I went a little over the top with the silicone and you can see that. No one notices it though unless they're an Audi guy/gal

God damn that's alot of pictures lol

I know most of you are probably going to tell me i should go lower, but in person it really looks low enough.

And finally thanks to EuroB6 and Audi2002 for good transactions.

looks good... I would lose the car dealership license plate frames though. Where did you purchase the stealth bulbs from?

Re: Few pics of the new wheels and lowered

I think it looks good. Couldnt really tell 'how' good it looked until I got to the side profile shot (the 32nd of the 50 or so pictures!! just kidding). It puts me a little more at ease seeing as I will be putting some 19" reps on my 2002 sport suspension within the next 2 weeks.

The only knock is that I would have gone with VMR reps over the Hartmanns. The spokes look too flat.

    Any rubbing with the 245's?

As far as the dealer frames go, I've already been looking on Ebay for the Audi chrome frames. But i would like to see how they look on the car first. don't want my car to look tacky.

Got the bulbs on Ebay, Here's the link:
Although i don't know why they are so expensive now. last week when i bought them, they were $9.99 and like $3.00 shipping. Now the seller is charging like $20 but gives you free shipping

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-...m300227673406&

^those are the exact ones i bought. 3457 Chrome bulbs

The thing with the Hartmans is that I got a great deal from Eran when i was buying them, so i just went for it. A bit more definition would be nice, but trust me, in person, unless you are standing parallel to the car, you can not tell they're a little more flat.

As far as rubbing goes, Absolutely no problem. From what I've been told the Fuzion ZRI tire has a more aggressive slant on the side wall which is more "tuck" friendly than other tires. But as you can see on the pics, i'm no where near tucking my tires lol.

I have a 1.5 finger gap in the rear and 2 finger gap in the front...maybe even less. Ride comfort is also very good. I was expecting worse

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. I have the Audi Sport brushed aluminum frame on the back and it looks good with the trunk trim and I got a basic metal chrome one for the front and it matches well with the grill trim.

anytime. The bulbs look real good in person, just if you get them, be gentle with putting them on. The chrome layer can peel off if you're not careful. I nicked my right one a little bit, but its not noticeable.

Yeah, they're hartmann's. I don't mind that they're not as curvaceous. You don't notice it in person unless you get down and look at them from the rear or front.. And to be quite honest, before i bought them i never knew there is a difference between VMR and hartmann. I mean, i knew hartmann is darker in color but didn't know they're flatter. But it's all good, i like 'em

There's been a few different versions of the Hartmann B7 RS4 replicas, the ones pictured by the O/P are the B7 RS4-242s which were our "High clearance" version for the BBK guys. The new Hartmann HRS4-252-GS wheel has more curvature in the spokes with a pretty good amount of brake clearance as well.

OOHH that is so good to know. I was wondering if i had enough clearance for brake upgrades. AWESOME I don't care its flatter, they look great in person regardless.

thanks so much for the post
