Sound Clip request.

I'm thinking of doing a custom exhaust.

Stock cat to 3" down pipe to 2.5" y-pipe to Magnaflow 14851's.

Anyone with this, or a similar set up?

If so, any sound clips?

Any suggestions to make that set up better?

im runnin a FI 300HFC and magnaflow exhuast..i love it i just need a better flowin DP.. you can hear it if your ever around poughkeepsie, hyde park area.

i have that setup except i don't have a 3.0" DP just a 2.5" i'll try and take a vid later on today! oh and i only have 1 resonator!

Yeah, I don't know whether I want to run any resonators or not yet. Your sound clip would be much appreciated!

^^soon as i get home, and trust me u'd want at least one resonator my setup is pretty loud inside!

Also, where are you running the resonator? In front of the Y-pipe?

bingo. my old car, 3" to dual 2.5" with 2 resonators(actually think theyre glasspacks) with testpipe. 1 resonator on each side after the split. mufflers were 18418 or something i think. street series. dont get race mufflers, they sound like garbage. ask me how i know...

that is how i know. the exhaust place put race on at first, with no resonators. and it was SO loud and SO obnoxious. sounded like a freakin piece of dump honda or something...i was embarassed to drive it really. lol went back and made them change it to streets with 2 resonators.

I would like this also. I am also thinking of doing 3" down to Y and 2.5 from there back. but I was also thinking of doing the whole thing 2.5. Any advice? Also what is the difference between not having resignators?
