I have a 2000 S4 with factory navigation...the nav display used to show up on the dash but nothing happens now when I press the buttons. Any ideas? Is there seperate fuses for the nav unit?

I'll try that...any ideas on where the fuse might be or information leading to where it might be?

I bet you turned off the display like everyone else said.

Fuse box is facing the driver side door, to the left of the steering wheel. Grab a flat head and gently pry off the black cover. Use your owners manual to find the fuse #
