    Angry Any help!?!?!? Dent on hood

    No idea how it happened maybe when i parked downtown for dinner or something but its very weird...my grille and rest of the front end has no dent/scratches nothing!! But right at the front of the hood about 2 inches before it meets the grille there is a dent oddly shaped, bigger than a golf ball smaller than a baseball. Any clue how to get it out? Its right when the hood curves

    Not sure how either of them works ... but they may be worth a shot. Anyone try one of these? Please no stories about a friend's older brother who watched someone do it. Has anyone actually tried it themselves or seen it done.

    wow the hair dryer is easy if that really works...please someone say they have done it and its worked w/o damage to paint!!!

    any regular dent guy should be able to get it out. when i picked up my car from the dealer new, there was a similar dent right on the front rt side of the hood on the crease. they were able to massage it out with special tools by reaching in between the sheetmetal. good luck.

    I've got the same exact thing on my hood! No idea how it got there. Paintless Dent Removal Should work just fine.

    wow, someone please try those methods out to see if they actually work, if they do that would be amazing. When i got my car it had a small dent on the hood, looked like someone cloed the hood and left something on the engine and it popped out the hood a tad, had it removed by the dealer (not audi) when i bought the car

    dealer did it for free since it was a new car. but the job should be around $150-$200

    someone must've seen your car... and stood too close when they popped a B*NER.
    It's the only reasonable explanation.

    Some cars do have that effect on people.

    The hair dryer/dry ice/anti-freeze doesn't work haha. I tried it... you can try. It didn't damage my paint.. maybe my dents were too small lol???
