What is the difference between the sports and the HD struts for the rear? Can I use H&R race springs with these? I could be getting a great deal here and was curious...

HD's are closer to stock sports. Sports are stiffer and have a shorter shaft for lowering springs.

another question on them.....are there yearly differences in them? like, will prefacelift shocks work on facelift and vice versa?..... ECS lists two different styles one for 06/00 and split 07/00 manufacture dates

i didnt think there was a difference....

also will H&R sports really kill stock sport shocks fast....or are they strong enough to last

I know the front shocks mount a bit differently on the newer cars. I didn't know the shocks were different.

There's plenty of people running stock sport shocks with H&R sports. You are probably better off getting shocks too though. It will be a better match.

I would also suggest getting some rides in different cars with different setups.
I had H&R Sports and Bilstein Sports and grew to hate the setup. (It was too bouncy) I now have Koni Coilovers.
