Mileage correction

Hi all,

Had someone approach me (he was fixing my car) he has his own little shop in his garage. He said he could change the mileage on my car for me. Ya, said the odometer would show whatever I wanted it to. Now i know this is illegal, and I am not saying I would do it, but what I do want to know is would this also change the computer mileage?

he reprograms your instrument cluster epprom to whatever you tell him to, your mileage changes if you change it back remember that your previous mileage was recorder either at the time of registration, or dealer visit or emission test, and you sell your car, someone finds out, you be in big sh$t trouble
