So when I'm driving. Slowing down from above 45 mph. Once I hit 40, all the way to about 5mph..there is a sound from the front left wheel. Hard to explain, sort of a whineeeeee. It happens while in gear, while in N coasting, and with the clutch in. Any clue? Would this be a wheel bearing or something? Any help appreciated.

is it more like a clicking feel/noise? because if it is, i hear that it could be your cv-joint or boot. mine makes that noise too but i have yet to go get it checked out.. im BROKEEEE

Nope it's a sound more than a feel or click.
