Replaced 02 sensor... Question????

So i just replaced the front o2 sensor on my 02 A4, i had to use a little wd40 to get the old one loose and now the cat/o2 sensor is smoking white smoke...do you think its just the wd40 burning off... should i be worried about anything else?

you're fine, it'll wear off. but i hope you put some anti-seize on the new one...or you'll have the problem again.

(why doesn't anyone help anymore? it seems like the easier questions get ignored by everyone...)
