    S4 & A4 suspension compatibility?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
    Hey, quick question,

Will springs and shocks from a 2001 S4 work on my 98.5 2.8 qm? (I have non-sport oem that are getting worn and this is my DD including lots of winter snow so I need to be conservative for upgrades).

I tried to search, but it seems the search parameters have recently changed such that anything under three letters won't go, so "S4", "A4", and "2.8" are unsearchable...how annoying.

Anyhow sorry for the bother, hopefully someone knows!

**CANCEL! Found the topic randomly searching "suspension". Thanks, I'm good now.

The struts fit and work. The springs fit and kinda work since the front will sit higher. Run the S4 struts with your stock springs for the best combo.

When searching use an asterisk to use short terms. S4* struts, for example.
