Quick TestPipe question

So i was looking on ecode tuning and they got a 3 inch test pipe all the way or that one thats 3 inch to 2.5 inch...Now im running a stock exhaust but i want to get rid of the cat...Which one would be better and will the 3 inch all the way even bolt up to the dp..>

I bought a ER 3"-2.5" but haven't installed it yet.
A 3" will bolt up.

IMO you'd be better off with the 3-2.5 design based on what you said, UNLESS you plan on a aftermarket exhaust with a 3" DownPipe. Even then most aftermartket exhaust w/ DP are 2.5" DP's and the 3" ones seem to be reserved for the BFT guys.

I beleive the turbo outlet is a little under 3" and the stock DP is 2.25 (I'm not really sure on stock DP, but i believe it is somewhere around there).
If you go with the 3" all the way through it will go from3" to 2.25 w/ no transition. If you go with the 3-2.5 design at least the sudden drop in pipe size won't be as big with the stock exhaust. And if you upgrade later, like I said above, most aftermarket exhausts use 2.5" DP's.
