Finally, a readily available, affordable RS4 intake pipe solution for putting RS4 K04 turbos on the 2.7t.

We took matters into our own hands and have manufactured replica intake pipes that are improved over OEM units. The restrictive, redundant flow straightener has been removed, and also the tapered turbo sealing flange has been improved to seal with a smoother surface free of slag like the OE pipes are known for.

Manufactured from mild steel with a heavy duty powerder coated finish, these pipes are an exact fit for OEM, every detail even down to the vacuum routing and mounting bracket we've duplicated precisely.

Kit comes with:
(4) mild steel tubes
(4) Silicone hoses
(2) Silicone hose clamps.

Alex, your 100% right it's actually comical how things work on this board... I guess I should of saved myself some time and money and used mild steel instead of aluminum... The funniest thing of all is when I removed the flow straightener I got bashed for days on what a bad idea that was even though the flow straightener is more of a restriction then anything...

I asked you substantiate your claims of superiority. You were the one saying your pipes performed better than OEM, when NO ONE has found the OEM pipes to be a problem with K04 based turbos. I never once said OEM replacments were a "bad idea." Actually, I commended you on being the first to offer a long overdue alternative. But your claims of superiority were completely groundless.

I would of bought from GEN but it was more of time restraint, shop called again. So I just put my order in through 034. I think both are good products. Thanks Gen for thinking out of the box. And thumbs up to Issam for the great customer service and helping me spend more money,lol.

I did, but you can't see the difference for some reason when I explained it to you, so let me try again...My pipes
1) Improved seal
2) 300% lighter
3) Aluminum actually dissipates heat better then steel
4) Ceramic coated which is better then powder coat
5) Ends bead rolled, yes over kill but still better
6) Deleted the flow straightener
7) Cost a lot less....
So please tell me again how my claims where bogus, these are facts.

Seriously this guy is a tool sometime. 034 at least does not make bogus claims about freaking piping. 034 just made a cheaper alternative, I think thats great. I think when vendors make a cheaper alternative and claim absurd claims is when it gets ugly.
