    Hole in intercooler?fixable?

So a few months back i rear ended a truck and screwed the whole front of my car up, including my radiator support which pushed almost everything attached to it back a few inches. Well ever since i got the car back it seems as if i have a boost leak but when i did a pressure test, there was no leak to be found. so today i was working on my car and noticed that when the radiator support was broken in the acident the intercooler was pished back into this piece of metal that i think is part of the fame or something. And now there is a nice little hole in my intercooler right on one of the tubes, not the finns. Is there any way to repair this other than taking it off and having it welded? because i know that it is leaking because i can feel air comming out of it
