Quick question for you guys! (USP help needed)

So i gave my local dealer a call (Penske Audi ) and tried to get some USP sideskirts. Guy was very helpful and we found out everything I needed except he brought up a part I didnt know if I needed or not.

On the USP sideskirts (OEM) what part is the "end cap". Supposedly its right before the rear wheel well and fender. Question is, do I need this part? And will these fit up onto my non-USP a4?

Sideskirts, or door blades?

sideskirts refer to the pieces that run length-wise beneath the doors. they are the same for stock or usp.

what you want are the doorblades, which are different...

"endcaps" = dealerspeak for, (here it is used in a sentence) "bend over i'm gonna shove this "endcap" up your ass."

Like Toaster said, the sideskirts are the same. Door blades are probably what you're after. That said, the USP ones are minimally different than the standard ones. The S4 ones are where it's at.

Yikes. Well i currently have Reiger sides which are going away soon so I have no OEM pieces left. Will i be needing to buy the endcap as well?

The "end cap" they are referring to is that piece of the side skirt at the end near the rear wheel.

ahhh, cmon dude!

how much clearer can i be for you...i tried to be thorough to help a brother out...there is NO difference in the skirts. the flat blades slide out and can be easily swapped for usp blades by simply unscrewing 2 screws.

i built my USP from scratch...from bone stock.

how do i reach these kEEEEEEds...?

id get the s4 blades if you are buying blades. and for some reason they are cheaper than the usp blades.

Yeah...the S4 blades are more "there" than the USP blades, which hardly seem worth the trouble (unless you want to do a totally legit USP conversion).

The skirts are definitely the same...but if you had to buy new ones I would look at Caractere also. I think they look the best on the B6.
