Im looking to get my B7 lowered another 1" since I just bought 19" RS4 reps, and it already has the stock sport suspension. From reading the forums, H&R springs are the the cost effective way to go.

How much should I expect a local german garage to charge me for the install? Im sure as hell not going to the dealership.
