B5 S4 Rear Valance on A4

Pretty new to the forums but I did use the "Search Button" but did not find any concrete answer for my question.

Will a B5 S4 Rear Valance directly fir on the A4 bumper? Or do I have to get the whole S4 rear bumper to replace the A4 rear bumper?
