Ok, I tried installing these today. Removal of everything is fairly easy. I had to take the front struts to my friends dealership to burp off those strut bolts, because you will never,EVER, do it with common tools. I bring home the struts and realize they set the adjustment wheel too low and I figure I'll do it with the wrench. Here is the problem, I could only crank the spring halfway up the threads because of the spring tension. From what I've searched, the perch should be around 1.5 inches from the top thread to the perch to achieve a 24.50" height. Is this right? Can someone measure from the bottom thread to the perch in order to get a half an inch gap?

Was there an easy way of adjusting this?

    Thanks in advance.

The measurement to achieve what you want sounds right. You'll have to compress the springs in order to turn and adjust the collar to raise or lower vehicle height.

My spring compressor reaches it's max since the spring is so tight, any other idea?

Get yourself a different spanner wrench (longer handle) and watch your knuckles... I had the same issue; our spring compressor wouldn't fit in due to the springs being progressive(I have the Stasis but Konis are the same I believe)

I guess that will give me the leverage I need. Where can I buy one, any store? I need it quickly.

I got one at Homedepot since that was where we were, in the pumbing section the spanner portion is hinged for variable sized collars, you may find a better one at an autoparts place though

Ok, I'll hit up Home Depot this morning. I sent the struts back to the dealer this morning to redo those 2 inches of adjustment, my hands are killing me,lol.

Ok I have the coil overs in, but the front has a gap I can shove a fist through and is stiff as hell. I'm getting the feeling this has to do with tighting thing under load, but what exactly do you have to do? I have the perch 1.5 inches from the top thread.
