Exactly what code are you talking about? It says A3/B5 on the back. Along with an FCC ID, IC # and some other random stuff.

I just have the remote portion. You would need to pick up the laser cut key portion specific to your car from a dealership. I don't think it's very expensive if I remember correctly.

Not sure if it will fit a 99.5 A4, but any audi dealership's parts department should know if you give them a call.

Pending on what the dealership says on if I can get the key portion and programmed to my car I'll buy it...is there anything I should know like serial number or some kind of number on it to specify to the dealership so they can tell me if I can program it to my car or not? Thanks.
