This is a price for ONE turbo k04 upgrade for A3/TT from 2006 up. This is oem turbo from TT-s/S3 265hp version. Also this turbo has manifold with it and internal electronic wastegate. Most tuning companies in US sell this uprade for $4500-$5000.
