c5's come with 5 speed auto and 6 speed manual
c6's i'm pretty sure only come in 6 speed auto.

it's an o.k deal... not a super crazy deal.. i got my 04 A6 2.7T with 51K last Oct for 17G..

i also saw a 2.7T 2001 with 88K going for 7500...

but if that car you're looking at looks clean and drives nice.. go for it..

The price is not out of the ordinary. It is a good deal if it is in good shape. Manual tranny is available, but the few I've found have had a very basic package with either cloth seats (yuck!!!) or no bose, xenon lights, etc, and I personally think that creature comforts are just as important as extra speed... I'm still looking for that rare manual and high end trim. Anyway it does seem like a good deal, check it out...
