Just changed coil packs now car wont start????

So my car started stuttering and sounded like a subie so i searched the forums for some results and found that it was most likely the coil packs. So I used OBD scanner and got cylinder 1 misfire. I tested the pack by moving it to cylinder 4 and resetting the ecu, then i got cylinder 4 misfire. Ok so i bought a new CP and everything was good. I decided to turn the car off and on 1 more time before i closed her up, but the car wouldnt start??

I used the OBD scanner again and got code P0688 ecm/pcm power relay sensor circuit open. Any ideas on what this could be????

check the cables of the coilpacks for short circuits. Make sure everything has his space and nothing is in open contact with one another.

*update* it was my ecu fuse. Simple swap, and good to go.

True. Might be fixed. But what caused the ECU fuse to blow?
