It may have the harness, you will have to dig around. If you do not have the harness:
    Available on eBay and elsewhere:
Genuine VW Audi Adapter Harness to install either a CD Changer or Phatbox into the following AUDI's
    Audi Part # 4B0-051-735-B

    A4 2002 - 2005
    S4 2004
    A6 2003 - 2005
    S6/RS6 2003
    ALLROAD QUATTRO 2003 - 2004

If you do have the changer harness there are adapters to connect an Audi Phatbox or a VW Phatbox.

I tried to look last night, and couldn't really find it.
only harness i found was one for navi.
if it's not somewhere near where the cd changer should be, it probably not there...right?

I have the sdame problem. I was told that in 2003 they stopped installing CD changer cable since 03s came with a 6 disc in dash.

Running that cable is going to SUCK. Let me know if you have any luck..
